[vlc] accessing clear QAM channels via DirectShow on Windows

Hi, is it possible to access clear QAM channels via DirectShow on Windows? I
have a digital TV-tuner card that allows me access to clear QAM channels via
v4l on Linux where one can specify the frequency and QAM settings. How do I
do it on windows via DirectShow?
