[vlc] SOME ONE TELL ME ABUT LOCALIZING VLC!

i want to know abut the localization of VLC to Pashto Language., if
anybody knows abut that plz send me back some info and the URL where
can i get the terms or PO file of VLC for translation.

some one started translating that but i dont know if he completed or not...
