[vlc] DVD: extract audio only from the main video

 From a DVD I want to use VLC to extract the audio

    1) in WAV format
    2) only from the film itself, not from other elements
    3) as a single file, not multiple files
    4) from encrypted DVDs

I know how to do (1).  Can you suggest to me how to do (2) - (4)?
