[vlc] Running VLC in an embedded Power environment

Hello,

I've cross-compiled VLC and it's dependencies for powerpc-linux-uclibc.
However when I run it I get this:

    VLC media player 0.9.3 Grishenko
    [00000001] main libvlc debug: VLC media player - version 0.9.3 Grishenko - (c) m
    [00000001] main libvlc debug: libvlc was configured with ./configure  '--prefix'
    [00000001] main libvlc debug: translation test: code is "C"

    vlc: symbol 'lrintf': can't handle reloc type 0x15

The error goes away when I remove the libav* plugins(ffmpeg).  I'm really
trying to get VLC to work with mp3 support in our environment.  I think
this is the last hurdle!  Ideas?
