I have no idea. I downloaded ffmpeg SVN export yesteday 2008-09-25,
compilled with

./configure --extra-cflags=-DRUNTIME_CPUDETECT --enable-gpl --enable-postproc
--enable-swscale

and compilled VLC-0.9.2 with it..
