[vlc] VLC OS?

I'm pretty sure you or someone else is going to have to expend the effort to
port it to PocketPC,and if you want a GUI for it, no doubt either the
current GUI will have to be adapted (I think there is Qtopia/QtEmbedded for
PocketPC now), or a new one will have to be created.
