[vlc] MPEG-4 MPTS Playback using VLC

Dear Friend

I want to decode a MPEG-4 multicast using VLC player in such a way that it
will play each & indivisual programs in small PIP (mosiac
way) simultaneously, as in present way we have to change the service in
navigation option of VLC.

Is it possible decode simultaneously all programs  in the MPEG-4 MPTS using
VLS?

If not pls suggest an alternative.
