[vlc] [BUG] subtrack title not detected with ampersand in subtitles / movie filename

Hi list!
    I just noticed a really minor feature bug with vlc player.
Whenever a movie file and its respective subtitles have an ampersand
in the filename, VLC doesn't add the subtitles track as an option when
doing the playback.
    I tested this out with the movie -- Marley & Me, but the same
could be done with any other movie I suppose.
