[vlc] Update Download Problem

Hi Jamie,

you can get it from our official website:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

It's best to get the exe installer, which will ask you whether you  
want uninstall the previous version in order to replace it with the  
current release. You'll want to do that :-)
