[vlc] VLC package for Solaris 10

I'm not sure which is the correct address to contact, but I was able to
compile and run VLC 1.0.1 on Solaris 10 today, and would like to submit a
package for hosting on VLC's servers.  I have details on my blog at

up-to-date download link.
