[vlc] VLC package for Solaris 10

Yes, for traditional Solaris SVR4 packaging, there is a single package file
to download, similar to RPM and DEB.  OpenSolaris' IPS does not have an
on-disk format yet; i.e. it is repository-based only for the time being.
