[vlc] Show all MP3 tag data?

IDv2.3.  Does that make a difference?  Incidentally, it seems to me a good 
idea for vlc's "media information" to show where it gets its information -- 
i.e., what kind of tag.  That information is necessarily accessible. 
Winamp handles this pretty well (though it also does not display all tag 
information).
