[vlc] Problems with RTSP streams

I am referring to RTSP streams that I user regularly in my university
in Windows Media Player, for streaming video lectures. These same
streams show their current position in WMP.

Thanks. Only if I encounter it in the release then I will file a bug.

Again, these are streams that I do this function regularly on, in WMP.

I would provide a link, however, the streams can only be accessed with
a Technion IP address.
