[vlc] [PATCH] add .iso extension as a video-file for them to be listed in QT open-file dialog

Hi,

I sent the attached patch a while ago, but never been applied. I'm resending
it during the freeze, even if I don't know if we can call it a "bug fix".
This patch differs a bit from the first sent since I've rebased it on a
recent master.

Since then, I have partialy tested it. iso files are shown but I have not
tested to open one (tested with an empty .iso file)
