[vlc] Help required...

Hi,
We are facing problems in playing audio stream in the VLC player. The
audio stream is playing with some pauses and some noisy.
We are trying to play RTSP Audio stream which is the format of ulaw.

Note: Same stream we are able to stream properly in MPlayer and
SMPlayer.
