Hi developers,

I am using VLC 0.9.7, I have a problem:

1. Opening a video file, 
2. scroll up mouse scroll, that's:
 2a. increasing volume, (event)
 2b. "volume process" increase to 200%, full.
 2c. main window has appeared a label to inform this event, example: "Volume 130%"
3. BUT, when it reach 200% (full), if you continue scrolling up mouse scroll, what will happen?
 3a. volume process no change, it's full at 200%
 3b. "the label" at main window continue increasing above 200%, may be 280% or higher...

---> that is problem which I want to inform you.
