[vlc] Addition to ticket #2473

 Hello,

Í'd like to add a comment to ticket 2473 about fullscreen not working on 
Windows 7. Fullscreen is working at my system, but not when I have set the 
screen to 150%. You can do this in Control Panel > Display (make the screen 
easier to read - 150% DPI). If I have that setting set, the task-bar show up 
over VLC's full-screen.

I didn't know how to edit or add to a ticket so I'm just sending this e-mail 
and hope you can use this information.
