[vlc] VLC VLM Configurator Bug

Hello together

As I have tested the vlm-configurator from vlc (Tools --> 
VLM-Configuration), I was wondering about it, beacause it saves the 
files with the extension ".vlm)".
I think it is a bug, but I am not common with forums and with your bug 
system.

My used system:
XP SP3 with all current updates

I think further information is not required, but if you need them you 
could ask me.
