[vlc] Bug crashes Win XP

I assume that this is the appropriate place to file a bug? If not, I 
would be grateful for a pointer.

AMD Athlon64 3200+
3 GB
Windows XP Pro SP3
VLC 0.9.8a Grishenko

Running a movie DVD (recorded off air), a repeatable bug causes an 
irrecoverable system freeze, presumably in an un-interruptible loop as 
the screen display remains intact. The trigger event is the closing of 
VLC by means of the exit button (white cross/red background) during 
playing of the movie.
