[vlc] about equalizer

sir,     I am consumer of your vlc product. version 9.
     I want to know how can i fix graphics equalizer.
     when i fix a specific equalizer like "full bass and treble"
     after one song it disable automatically.
                                                      so i want soiution for
this
     problem.
