[vlc] about vlc

hello, bonjour,
i am a vlc user and i want to create my online Tv. i
already know how to add logo and hour with the vlc 8.
with the vlc 9.4, and 9.6 version i didn't see how to
add the hour on vlc player. i also want to know how to
create and add text scoll inside vlc.

creer une web tv. mon soucis est le suivant: avec la
version 8 je pouvais afficher l'heure et le logo. avec
la version 9, je ne trouve plus comment afficher
l'heure. en plus comment creer et inserer dans vlc des
textes defilants au bas de l'ecran?
