[vlc] libdvdcss2

I am running a popular variant of Ubuntu. I have libdvdcss2,
libdvdnav... all required files properly installed. Using VLC media
player, I have tried all the decryption methods available for dvdcss2
(key,disk,title).
I can play most commercial DVDs, but so far, I have found one that will
not work:

Stargate The Ark of Truth
Released by MGM and 20th Century Fox
should be region code 1, but I don't see it marked on cover or DVD
United States and Canada release 
UPC 883904107200

Just so you know there may be something new.
