[vlc] VLC ver 9.9 GIT repository fix

Hi,

 

I wanted to update all out VLc players to ver.9.9, and was wondering if
I should wait. Otherwise, should I be fine with new version, since the
issue with the SMB Input Module Buffer Overflow Vulnerability?
