[vlc] Sending Media stream (RTP/AVP/UDP or MP2T/AVP/UDP) information as a response to GET_PARAMETER

Hi,

Whether it is possible to send the Media stream information with the
response to GET_PARAMETER method. Media stream information like the playing
status, position, remaining time etc.
