[vlc] Translation in Hindi language

Dear sir/madam

VLC media player is one of the the best media player available in the market.
It is quite popular here in India too but the fact that it does not
have an Hindi language option is hampering its use by majority of
indians who understands only hindi.

Therefore i offer my services to translate it from english to hindi.
I m sure the translation will increase the no. of people benefitting
from VlC medial player.
