[vlc] This mp3 won't play

G'day folks,please find attatched an mp3 file from a Gamestec pub jukebox update cd.I've tried a number of options but have so far failed to get it to play.Wonder if you have any ideas.I know that the song contained is Daniel Merriweather-Red.
