[vlc] 720p and 1080p doesnt work update 0.9.8 to 0.9.9

Greetings!

Windows Vista32 Home Premium SP1
Intel Core2Duo P8600 at 2,4GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 9650M GT
NVIDIA and REALTEK Hight definition Audio (same Problem with external 
M-Audio Soundcard)

Problem:
- 0.9.8 -->everthings great.
- 0.9.9 -->720p and 1080p BlueRay Ripps(filetype:*.mkv) wont play. no 
picture, no sound, nothing just the player in pause mode.
- Every other file plays  regularely
