[vlc] authorisation software "Videolan 0.9.8".

Dear Sirs, 

we're an italian editorial house, leader in ICT area. We'd like to publish
in the covermount CD of our "Anch'io fotografo digitale" the freeware
version of your software "Videolan 0.9.8". we need your authorisation. Is it
possible to have it?
