[vlc] bug report: Wrong file used when converting (streaming)

Hello,

if you have equal file names (say REC.TS) in different directories and you try to convert them, the navigation is only correct at the first conversion. When - without using a different source file name between - you try to convert the second file (with equal name in a different directory), the wrong file is used as source, namely that of the first conversion.
