Dear Sirs,
We were using VLC 7.1 with Osprey 210 video capture card and it was working fine.
Now as the Osprey 210 is obsolete we got Osprey 230 video capture card but VLC 7.1 is not supporting it, though it detects it as one of the input device. Please help.
We also tried VLC 8.4 but the problem with it is that it does not give audio output if only one audio channel is selected but, works if two audio channels are selected. Our application uses only one audio channel and we do not want to waste bit rate for the unused audio channel as our application is bandwidth limited.
We are keen to use VLC 7.1 because it supports selected fixed data output rate, as our application uses fixed data rate.
Please help us solve the problem, expecting a quick reply, kindly treat this urgent.
Please repeat the reply to my other Email ID also i.e.: rsaksena at sac.isro.gov.in
Thanks and with best regards,
Ravi Saksena
