[vlc] mp4v + DIV3 and x264 + DIV3

Hi!

On VLC 0.8.6i I need to stream the same file for VLC web users and WMP  
users.

I'm using this command line:

It's normal??


Before I'm using only x264 codec that give better result with low  
bitrate.

I'm trying tu use this command line (my good old one more ASF mux):
