[vlc] vlc won't stream off youtube now and youtube videos vlc problem

Hi Stephanie,

I am not a vlc expert but I have working on getting youtube to work from the java bindings with no success yet. It does work for me from vlc 1.0.3 windows executable for the nightly builds due to a lua fix.
I would not recommend using the nightlies but you might try it to see if it solves that issue for you.
