[vlc] Thoughts from a blind person.

Hello!
I come to think of one thing.
Would it be possible for a blind person to read out subtitles as text?
I mean when you're listening to a movie and do not understand the language,
would it be possible to use vlc to scroll through the translations?
Hmm, this may sound strange for some.
BUt to me its a mater of accessibility.
Buy the way i am very happy with the latest vlc.
It works just fine here.
