[vlc] help with download

Hi guys, not being anything even close to a geek, please keep the reply in
simple terms. I have heard the VLC is a very good media player and having
been plagued with difficulty with window MP I am seeking a solution.

 

I went to your site to download, however it is not clear what I am required
to do.

 

Windows Vista Home Premium is the version I am afflicted with.
