[vlc] vlc 1.0.2 bug? no playlist drag title to rearrange?

I've used VLC media player probably since 0.7 but only recently have I 
been unable to rearrange the items in the playlist. I can still select 
the 'title' but when I slide the mouse to move up or down in the list, 
nothing happens. Probably started after the 1.0.1 update.
