[vlc] default player

Hi Taylor,

If you are using Windows,
    open VLC >
       Tools > Preferences >
            Interface > Under instances, click the Association setup
button and choose the files you want to associate with VLC  > 
            Click Apply >  Click Save >
            Njoy VLC! :)
