[vlc] installation on EN but interface in GE

I have Windows 7 EN with German Keyboard installed. I try to install VLC
1.0.2 on EN and after installation I have a  German interface.
ON FAQ I can't find anything to my problem. How kann I obtain the VLC
installation with English interface?
