[vlc] question about the libdvdcss

Hi,

I would like to ask about the VLC media player and libdvdcss.

Faq "http://www.videolan.org/support/faq.php" says that "VLC media player
binaries
are distributed with the libdvdcss library included" but I have downloaded
and instaled VLC media player
, have checked the "plugins" directory and there is no libdvdcss library.
So I would like to know is this information is true or false?
This is very important for me cause I would like to use VLC media player in
my company as
a default media player and there is very importand to use legal software.
