[vlc] Instalation de VLC sur mon PC. Mandirva Linux.

Je suis un peu perdu:
J'ai besoin d'installer  vlc pour visualiser les chaîne sur http://tv.freebox.fr...
On me renvoie à la page suivante:

Et là je ne sais pas quoi faire...

Merci de m'indiquer la marche à suivre...
