[vlc] Unable to upgrade VLC on Hardy Heron

Hello
I'd like to upgrade my VLC 8.6 for example to 9.4 (it seems I have some
incompatibilities with MyFreeTV since I upgraded my former version of
VLC to 8.6) but it seems I can't upgrade to a newer version. I don't
understand why. I included the repository
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/c-korn/ppa/ubuntu hardy main
in my sources.list and I read some people could install VLC 9.4 under
Hardy Heron

Could someone help me fix this problem ?
