[vlc] Just one small improvement?

Make VLC perfect .. just provide the ability to DISABLE display ratio so 
that the user can drag a corner to make a face as fat or as thin as they 
personally desire.
Too many amateur videos posted on YOU TUBE, etc with non-standard 
ratios.  This would make VLC the absolute PERFECT mediaplayer.
