[vlc] VLC Player Playback Speed

Hello!
First, congratulations for your great player! I use nothing else since
several years!

But I'd like to ask for a very small feature:
Increasing the playback speed of a video works in steps 100%, 150%, 200%...
Could you add 125%? It is easily possible to watch movies at this speed and
understand the dialogues, at 150% it's a bit hard.

For some "mediocre" movies this would save me a quarter of my time...
