When VLC is running on a system with more than one network interface, is
it possible to specify a particular interface on the VLC command line?

For example, I want to transcode a multicast with MPEG2 input at
udp://@239.12.12.0:2000 on Ethernet1 and for H.264 output at
239.1.1.90:3090 on Ethernet0.
