[vlc] playlist not surviving shutdown

Can you show screenshots of Save playlist and Open playlist dialogs ?

It seems like you save XSPF format both times, and you open it as m3u  
format each time

If you can compare files m3u and xspf you'sd probablyl find they have  
litte difference, if any

Also - what were file names ?
