[vlc] VP8

Just noticed that if you try to play back an ogg container with VP8
video in it, VLC cannot play it..

Even tho it can play back a WebM file, and OGV with Theora video... so
VLC has the codec, and the container demuxer, but fails to honour the
codec type/container file combination... presumably making an assumption
about the content of the file.

Since VP8 is the "new" free video codec, and the WebM container is
somwhat cut-down in respect of advanced features, I don't see why using
VP8 in an OGG container for non-web related video is not perfectly
reasonable.

Just a thought.. :)
