Hi all,

On a more polite tone, is there an easy way to disable Santa, maybe
some form of electronic Santa Claus, or an Easter Egg which turns off
the option :))

As a strict aetheist, though I do believe in Santa (I see him
everywhere!), I can understand that some people find such things
confronting. Interestingly there are people at my children's school
who tell their children Santa isn't real and then carry on about their
invisible friends who created the world. Where's the Great Spaghetti
Monster when you need him/her/it.

Is there an easy way to switch this off for those people who find offence?

Personally, I'm quite happy to see something pop up for all the
various invisible friends and mythical beings and creatures identified
by different cultural groups, but it may be helpful to provide an easy
'how to' to assist some people.

Regards,

Patrick

When I opened up VLC Media Player, a Santa Clause hat appeared on the logo of the player. This really makes me extremely angry. How dare you attempt to shove your filthy Christian holiday down my throat. I cannot express how upset I am at you people. It is no wonder that the Muslims attack you. You are trying to force Christianity upon everyone. You deserve to be attacked. You people are no better than the terrorists. I hope all you god-damned motherfucking Christians get what you deserve on your filthy Jew worshiping holiday. My advice is that you keep your Christian beliefs to yourselves and practice them in private while you still can. Don't try to force your shit down my throat. I deserve an apology from you.
