[vlc] 3 problems with the vlc player

Dear VLC Team,

I use the vlc player to play karaoke songs with my friends. These are mpeg files. For this application the vlc is fine, because you have a video window for the TV (Beamer) and the playlist window.

To sample a playlist together, I have to open the medialibary. 

problem 1: all songs which I have "copied" to the playlist, they are removed from the medialibary. If we want play the song again, may be at an other days, it is removed from the libary and must open again.
problem 2: the playlist will be played from up to down. that's  o.k. But the songs, which I copy to the playlist stay on top of the list, not bottom. If we make a karaoke evening, then we fill the playlist step by step. And all time I must move the songs (what I want to play next) to the bottom of the list. It should be like a dj-list or not?
problem 3: The songs which we play have english or thai file-names. The thai file names also written with thai characters. If we fill the medialibary new, it works fine. But if we close the vlc and start it new, all these files are written like ???????.mpg.

What I want:

a) I want to load my medialibary only one time. That means, that the songs which I have copied to the playlist should not be removed from the libary.
b) The songs which I copy to the playlist should stay bottom of the playlist, to play next, like dj-mode
c) run the vlc should load all my medialibary with the right characters, not ?????????.mpg

Can you tell me, what I can change here or can you fix these bugs for the next revision?
