[vlc] Analog tuner card capture(Windows)

Hi all,

I am a new user to VLC and have a niggling problem. Please forgive if this
has been answered in a previous thread, and please point me to that thread
so I can have a look if it exists.

I have an analog USB tuner card (kaiserbaas USB hybrid TV tuner) and am
running VLC 1.0.3 Goldeneye on Windows XP SP2.0.

I am attempting to stream the analog tuner input to another computer using
VLC. I have the streaming worked out, but the analog capture is proving
difficult due to lack of documentation etc. online. Does VLC support manual
tuning of an analog card, and if so, what are the commands to do it?
(Command line scripts are OK).
