[vlc] PLZ HELP

Hello 

I am unable to play VLC player. NO Display, when i play any video file from Hard disk or DVD drive.

Details

OS   - Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition , SP2 (primary partition)
VLC- 1.0.1
H/W- Pantium 4 CPU,
          2GHz
          1.24Gb RAM

But with same H/W configuration but with XP in secondary partition, VLC works perfect !!

Plz help.
