> Good Morning,
>
> I have been using VLC media player for some time on my old PC running Windows XP w/service pack 3. I regularly connect to our church website at http://www.nyevergreen.tv/v3/ and then login in to the site. This is a Korean/English Church but most of the website is in Korean.
>
> After login, I can then select any of several options on the left side of the screen but the main two options I use are the English VOD and the Live Broadcasting which appear on the left side of the screen under a "Download VLC" option box. The problem I'm having is that I've decided to replace all my old PCs with new Mac computers. I've replaced my old laptop with a MacBook and one old PC with an iMac and I will be replacing my last old PC with another iMac which is being shipped to me from Apple. All three Mac computers are running OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard operating system.
>
> I followed the download instructions to obtain the VLC Media Player 1.0.5 and have placed both a VLC icon and the VLC folder in my Applications on the MacBook and the iMac. I am able to click the English VOD link and can select and be linked to any of the recorded English VOD files on this page and they will play using VLC on both the MacBook and iMac.

> http://www.nyevergreen.tv/v3/?mid=live_usa and there is another option on this page to Download VLC Now which is the windows version of VLC and a "Watch Live" box. The Church only broadcasts live on Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 PM EST and Sunday from 11:00 to 12:30 PM EST. When I click the "Watch Live" box on my PC, a new window opens http://www.nyevergreen.tv/v3/live_player/ebsplayer.html?userid=elderpaul and then the live broadcast begins during these two time periods.

> "Safari can’t find the Internet plug-in. page has content of MIME type “application/x-vlc-plugin”, but you don’t have a plug-in for this MIME type. This page may have the plug-in for you to download and install: http://www.videolan.org/ Do you want to open the page?" And it gives me a "Cancel" and "Go" button. When I hit the "Go" button, it takes me to the Download page to get the VLC Media Player but I can't find anything like "application/x-vlc-plugin".

> I've checked the documents and faq on your website but can't find any reference to this problem. I tried loading a music CD into the MacBook and iMac but iTunes opens on both machines but I can use VLC to play the CDs by opening it and clicking play and then select the "Disc" tab and the CD and the music will play but VLC doesn't open automatically like it does on my old PC.

> So I think VLC Media Player is working but I just can't get the Live Broadcast to work. I'd appreciate any assistance with obtaining this "application/x-vlc-plugin" or if I already have it, where do I need to place in on my MacBook and iMac to get the Live Broadcast to work.
